Regular, Family, Student/Military and Honorary Life members in good standing shall have all the rights and privileges of membership in the Club including the right to vote, hold office, and to participate in the construction and operation of the Club's permanent layouts. Associate members shall enjoy all rights and privileges except the right to vote, hold office, or to participate in the construction and operation of the Club's permanent layouts.
