Interested in being a Vendor, Sponsor or Displaying your layout at our 35th Annual Model Railroad and Train Show?
Dear Friends,
If you are one of the following:
an established dealer in model railroad equipment, supplies, memorabilia, art
an individual who has model railroad products to sell
an individual or group that has a mobile model railroad you would like to put on display
You are invited to participate in our 35th Annual Model Railroad
and Train Show hosted by the Coastal Rail Buffs, Inc. from Savannah, GA.

The show will be held the weekend of January 27th and 28th, at the Cottonwood Suites, 301 Governor Treutlen Dr, Pooler, GA 31322. Group rates are available at the Cottonwood Suites. Mention "Coastal Rail Buffs" when making reservations. Deadline is January 12th. Their phone number is (912) 748-6464.
Public hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sat. and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sun. Admission for the General Public is $10.00 for two-days, Senior Citizens (60+) and Students $7.00, Active Duty Military (with ID) $5.00, and Children under 12 with Parent(s) are FREE!
VENDORS:
Eight Foot tables are $50.00 each and must be paid for before January 12, 2024 to ensure a confirmed reservation.
Electric access is limited, but available. You will need to provide your own HD extension cord and duct or gaffer's tape to secure the cord to the floor.
Set-up for vendors will start at 12:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. on Friday January 26th, 2024. Doors will open at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 27, 2024, for late set-up.
WIFI may be available on a limited basis and is not guaranteed.
Plenty of Free parking for all!

Please click on VENDOR RESERVATION FORM to open a pdf file with Adobe Acrobat Reader, then print it on your printer, complete it with your information, then mail it along with a check or money order payable to COASTAL RAIL BUFFS, and mail to:

No charge for layout space, and free admission for layout operators
